  En fait, je ne pense pas avoir vraiment suivi une période de foncier à vélo depuis longtemps ! 
 Fin décembre arrivant et après la récup du marathon, je m'y astreint en écoutant mes sensations. (test ruffier régulier, cardio garmin, état de fatigue perçu).

Le semi en 1h56 en étant plutôt confiant ! Au 28 eme kilomètre, bah çà a calé.
